The Palmyra Church of the Brethren is seeking a worship facilitator to lead its praise team and assist in worship planning for FaithQuest, a non-traditional weekly worship experience. The position is part-time, requiring about ten hours per week.

The facilitator works as part of the FQ Team to: recruit and schedule musicians and vocalists; select contemporary praise songs for worship; coordinate weekly and Sunday morning praise team rehearsals; introduce and teach new praise songs; oversee copyright compliance with CCLI; maintain payroll records for praise team members and musicians; and assist in the planning of FaithQuest services. Prior experience singing or performing with a praise team is required. Knowledge of contemporary and post-modern worship is a must. The ability to play an instrument; particularly a keyboard, the drums, a guitar or piano, is preferred. Salary is negotiable.
